These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Dale Lalonde Photography. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

 

1. Services

 

We offer professional photography services including, but not limited to, event photography, portrait sessions, commercial photography, and photo editing.

 

2. Booking and Payment

 

• Booking: To secure our services, a booking must be made through our website, email, or phone.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required at the time of booking to secure the date and time.

• Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the session/event. Payments can be made via E-Transfer or cheque.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least [number] days in advance. The deposit is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session/event with at least [number] days' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

• Timeliness: Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session/event. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

• Cooperation: Clients are expected to cooperate with the photographer and follow instructions to ensure the best possible results.

 

5. Photographer Responsibilities

 

• Professionalism: We will provide professional and high-quality photography services.

• Delivery: Edited photos will be delivered within 10 days after the session/event via a delivery method that we agree upon.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

• Ownership: All photographs taken by Dale Lalonde Photography are the intellectual property of the Company.

• Usage Rights: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal purposes. Commercial use requires written permission from the Company.

 

7. Model Release

 

By booking our services, you grant Dale Lalonde Photography the right to use and publish photographs of you for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.

 

8. Liability

 

• Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or illness.

 

9. Privacy

 

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

10. Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Québec, Canada

 

11. Amendments

 

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
