🎂 In-Home Cake Smash Photo Session Plan

 

1. Pre-Session Consultation

• Discuss theme, colors, and cake preferences.

• Confirm allergies or sensitivities.

• Choose outfits and props (can be provided or brought by the client).

 

2. Session Structure (60–90 minutes)

 

📸 Part 1: Portraits (15–20 mins)

• Baby in a cute outfit, pre-cake.

• Family or sibling shots if desired.

 

🎂 Part 2: Cake Smash (20–30 mins)

• Baby interacts with the cake.

• Capture candid expressions, mess, and fun.

 

🛁 Part 3: Splash Bath (Optional, 15–20 mins)

• Clean-up in a mini tub with bubbles and toys.

• Adorable post-smash shots.

 

3. Props & Setup

• Backdrop (paper, fabric, or balloon garland).

• Cake stand, themed props, and floor mat.

• Optional: outfit changes, custom banners, or name signs.

Inclusions - 45-min session, 10 digital images, 1 outfit, client provides cake

Inclusions - 90-min session, 20 edited images, 2 outfits, themed setup, splash bath

Deluxe Smash - $500

Inclusions - 90-min session, 30 edited images, 2 outfits, custom cake, splash bath

​

Add-ins - Varies

Extra images ($15 each), photo book ($75), custom backdrop ($50)
